Dean wasn’t sure why it was taking so long to pick one out. None were quite right. This one was too slim. That one, too fat. That one was too gaudy and materialistic. That one was great but it would cost him money he didn’t have.
He stared into the case at the jewelry store and pulled a hand down his face. A squeak sounded from behind him. He turned and saw Cas with his sister; Dean hadn’t met that one yet. He was supposed to meet her today; but, he’d saw the opportunity to get a ring, since Cas would be busy.
